Photo Exchange During WWII

This pair of images were exchanged by my grandmother Henrietta and her husband C.W. Edwards during World War II while he was in France. Seventeen at the time, my grandmother presented herself as a woman well past her age with her sense of style.
C.W. Edwards photographed his experience in the war, complete with images of his arrival by train, the European countryside, and the aftermath of destruction from bombings.
